Vicdan is the founder of Coachathlon, a coaching, training, and HR consultancy that delivers organizational and professional development. She delivers individual coaching to organizational leaders to help them find meaning and purpose in their work. She is a skilled group workshop facilitator and develops programs uniquely suited to the needs of each team she works with.
Vicdan is an ICF-certified Professional Coach and in addition to her training responsibilities, she also offers mentoring services to Jungian Coaching School graduates who are seeking to become ICF-certified.
